What's the difference between Household Tasks and Household Management?

Household Tasks covers the hands-on jobs that keep your home clean and tidy, like cleaning, laundry and gardening. Our Household Management service looks after the bigger picture too, from planning meals and running errands to keeping on top of paperwork and caring for pets. Not sure which suits your home? How often can a support worker come to help?

That depends on your plan and how you like to run your week. Some people have a weekly clean, others a fortnightly garden tidy, and some add extra visits when life gets busy. We'll work out a schedule with you and adjust it whenever your needs change.

Can you work with my plan if it's self-managed or plan-managed?

Yes. As a registered NDIS provider, we support participants whose plans are self-managed, plan-managed or managed by the NDIA. If you're not sure how your plan is managed, give us a call on 1300 009 010 and we'll help you find out before you get started.
