We'll keep looking for you. Homes become available throughout the year, so we'll hold onto your details and give you a call when a home that suits comes up. In the meantime, we're happy to talk through nearby suburbs or the support you could have where you live now.

Yes, and we'd love to hear from you. Families, carers and support coordinators often help someone find a home, so you're welcome to fill out the form on the participant's behalf. We'll talk with you about their needs and make sure the participant has a say in where they live and who they live with.

Then you don't go ahead, and we keep looking. Moving in only happens once you're happy with the home, the housemates and how your support will work there. You're in control of that decision from start to finish, and we'll keep searching until we find a place that feels right for you.

It means the home has a separate room for a support worker to stay overnight, so help is close by through the night without anyone sharing your private space. Some of our listings call it an overnight staff room. If overnight support matters to you, tick the box on our form so the homes we suggest all have that room.

You pay a rent contribution and your day-to-day costs, like electricity and groceries, from your own income. The NDIS sets a limit on how much rent an SDA provider can charge, and the amount is written into your agreement before you move in. We're happy to walk you through the costs when we chat about the homes that suit you.
